Stuffed Shrimp 2
- 6 extra jumbo shrimp
- 1 loaf(es) French bread
- 1 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can(s) crab meat
- 1 stick(s) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
Peel and devein the shrimp. Grate french bread in a blender or food processor. Add cheese, garlic, crab meat and bread crumbs to melted butter. Butterfly shrimp and stuff with crab mixture. Bake on cookie sheet in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until stuffing is brown and shrimp are pink.
