Tequila-Marinated Shrimp


  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 3 T finely chopped onion
  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 lb fresh peeled shrimp
  • ¼ c tequila
  • ¼ c lime juice
  • 1/8 t salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 T chopped fresh cilantro

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes or until tender. Add the shrimp and tequila and bring to a boil.
