Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into
  • 1 unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 large limes
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil
  • 16 ounces halibut fillets
  • 2 ½ teaspoons Thai red curry paste
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh ginger
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 8 uncooked large shrimp
    • 1 cup shallots
    • 1 tablespoon fish sauce (such as nam pla or nuoc nam)
