Tuna Bake With Shrimp Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 can (7 ounces) tuna
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup cracker crumbs
    • 3 tablespoons melted butter
    • 2 cups milk, scalded
    • hot cooked shrimp, optional

Flake tuna in greased baking dish. Combine the eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, celery, cracker crumbs, and melted butter; whisk to blend. Whisk in milk; pour over tuna.
