  • ¼ tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1-½ lb. jumbo shrimp (16-20 count), shells peeled, tails left on
  • Cocktail Sauce or your favorite citrus vinaigrette
  • 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
