White Bean and Shrimp Burgers


  • ¼ cup olive oil, or more as needed
  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped chives or green onions
  • 2 cup cooked or canned white beans, well drained
  • 8 ounce shrimp, peeled and deveined
