White Marlin Gumbo

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ½ cups sliced okra
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt

    • 2 slices bacon
    • Hot cooked rice
    • 1 (16-ounce) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    • 1 ½ quarts water
    • 3 stalks celery, chopped
    • 1 ½ pounds marlin fillets, cut into bite-size pieces
    • ¼ cup vegetable oil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 medium onions, chopped
    • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
