Whole grain Pasta with Shrimp, Tomato and Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) whole grain linguine, cooked
  • ½ cup(s) crumbled feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound(s) medium shrimp
  • 3 tablespoon(s) parsley, divided
  • ½ teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1/3 cup(s) dry white wine
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 can(s) whole tomatoes, chopped (20 ounce can)
    • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic
    • ½ teaspoon(s) grated lemon zest
    • 12 black olives, chopped
    • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
    • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes with juice, wine, oregano, and 2 T. of chopped parsley. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add shrimp, olives and lemon zest. Simmer until shrimp are cooked. Serve with linguine. Garnish with parsley and feta cheese.
