Ingredients

  • 4 ounces fresh or frozen peas
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 4 ounces fresh shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 scallions
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable or peanut oil
    • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
    • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    • 4 ounces ham
    • 4 ounces fresh shiitake mushroom
