  • 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 24 asparagus spears
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 (1-ounce) slices cooked turkey breast
