  • 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 (13.2 oz.) tube Italian bread dough
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces sweet Italian turkey or pork sausage, casings removed
