  • 1 (7 1/2-pound) bone-in turkey breast
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
