Creamy Loaded Mashed Potatoes


  • 3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise**
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon [or turkey bacon], crisp-cooked and crumbled (optional)
