  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (14.5-ounce) cans no salt-added whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Cooking spray
  • 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
  • 8 ounces hot turkey Italian sausage
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • ½ cup halved pitted kalamata olives
    • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste

Preheat oven to 400°. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well. Remove casings from sausage.
