Mahogany Turkey Breast with Vegetable Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry or Madeira
- 1 (5- to 6-pound) bone-in turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- Cooking spray
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth, divided
