MICROWAVE TURKEY & SPINACH MANICOTTI

Ingredients

• 1 jar(s) no salt added marinara sauce (26 ounce jar)
• 14 manicotti shells
• 1 can(s) low sodium chicken broth (14 ounce can)
• 1 cup(s) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
• ½ cup(s) Parmesan cheese
• 1 ½ pound(s) ground turkey breast
• 1 package(s) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed (10 ounce pkg)
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt and pepper

In a large bowl, mix together turkey, spinach and seasonings. Spread 1/2 of the marinara sauce in a 10 inch square or 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
