Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (12-oz.) French bread loaf
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup (1 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 (8-oz.) package fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 (19 1/2-oz.) package Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
    • 1 (15 1/2-oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

1. Cook sausage in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring often, 10 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
