Sauteed Turkey Cutlets with Cranberry Orange Glaze


  • 1 large egg white
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon orange zest
