Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons fat-skimmed turkey pan drippings (see Notes)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
