  • 6 large fresh poblano chiles
  • 2 2 1/4- to 2 1/3-pound turkey breast halves with skin and ribs attached
  • 2 cups low-salt chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 8 garlic cloves

    • ½ cup olive oil
    • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
    • Kitchen twine
