  • 2 cups low-salt chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese

    • 6 large fresh poblano chiles
    • 1 cup dry white wine
    • 6 tablespoons fresh oregano
    • 16 small metal skewers or rounded wooden toothpicks
