  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 4 cups cooked turkey meat
  • 1 8-ounce package grated Mexican 4-cheese blend
  • 2 bell peppers (preferably 1 red and 1 yellow)
  • ¾ cup fresh fire-roasted salsa
  • 2 red onions
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup fresh cilantro
    • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
