Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground turkey (not labeled "all breast meat")
  • 5 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar
  • lettuce leaves
  • 4 hamburger or kaiser rolls
  • ¼ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup mayonnaise
    • 1 large shallot

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F.
