Turkey Crunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • Chow Mein noodles
  • ¾ cup(s) mayonnaise
  • ½ cup(s) slivered almonds
  • 1 can(s) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
  • ¾ cup(s) diced celery
  • 1 can(s) sliced mushrooms (4 ounce can)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    • 3 cup(s) diced cooked turkey

Mix first six ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise, then toss with turkey mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This recipe is great for leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
