Turkey Crunch Casserole
Ingredients
- Chow Mein noodles
- ¾ cup(s) mayonnaise
- ½ cup(s) slivered almonds
- 1 can(s) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
- ¾ cup(s) diced celery
- 1 can(s) sliced mushrooms (4 ounce can)
- + 2 more ingredients

- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 cup(s) diced cooked turkey
Mix first six ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise, then toss with turkey mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This recipe is great for leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
