Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh sage
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 pound ground lean turkey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground marjoram
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • Parchment paper
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    • 10 ounces store-bought cranberry chutney (optional)
    • ½ cup onion
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/3 cup packed Swiss chard, spinach or arugula
    • 1 cup fresh whole-wheat breadcrumbs
    • 1 large egg

Heat a small pan over medium heat; add pine nuts and stir until aromatic and light brown, a few minutes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients from turkey through pepper, being careful not to overmix.
