Turkey Pepperoni Pizza
- 1 (10-ounce) Italian bread shell
- 2 ounces turkey pepperoni
- 1 medium-size sweet red or green pepper, seeded and cut into thin slices
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
Place bread shell on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over shell; top with pepperoni and pepper slices. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over pizza; bake 2 additional minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
