Ingredients

  • 1 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 4 (1-ounce) slices low-sodium mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 4 (2-ounce) sandwich rolls
  • ¾ pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in black pepper.
