Turkey Ricotta Meatballs (Cooking Light)


  • 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
  • ½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup dry Italian bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper
