Turkey Roll with Spinach

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) mozzarella cheese - shredded
• 10 ounce(s) frozen spinach - thawed and squeezed to remove all of the liquid
• ½ teaspoon(s) ground mustard
• 8 drop(s) fish sauce - optional
• 2 eggs - slightly beaten
• 20 ounce(s) Italian seasoned ground turkey
• ½ teaspoon(s) oregano - dried

  • 2 clove(s) garlic - finely minced
  • ¼ cup(s) onion - finely chopped
  • 1 cup(s) soft bread crumbs - (1 slice of bread)
  • 1 cup(s) chunky garden vegetable spaghetti sauce - meatless

Place spaghetti sauce in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, garlic, onion, basil, mustard and oregano.
