Turkey-Shrimp Won Ton


  • ¼ cup finely chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • About 54 won ton skins (8 to 12 oz.)
  • About 1 tablespoon beaten egg
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine or gin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 8 ounces ground turkey
    • 4 ounces shelled, deveined shrimp, rinsed and finely chopped
    • ½ teaspoon salt

1. In a bowl, mix turkey, shrimp, water chestnuts, soy sauce, wine, ginger, salt, and pepper until well blended.
