Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
  • ¼ cup(s) dried cranberries, optional
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • ¾ cup(s) red, sweet bell pepper, chopped (about ½ of a pepper)
  • ¾ cup(s) green, sweet bell pepper, chopped ( about ½ of a pepper)
  • 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) skim milk
    • 1 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard
    • 1 ½ cup(s) shredded cheese, swiss or cheddar
    • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
    • 1/3 cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1 cup(s) white turkey meat, chopped
    • 16 ounce(s) whole cranberry relish, divided

Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out prepared pie crust to fit a 10" quiche or pie dish. Using a fork, prick holes in bottom and sides of unbaked crust. Pre-bake crust for 7 to 8 minutes before adding ingredients. After crust finishes baking, remove crust from oven and reduce oven heat to 375°F. ...
