Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) turkey, dark or white meat - diced

  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil plus 1 ½ cups for frying
  • ½ cup(s) yellow onion - diced
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste

    • 6 sprig(s) cilantro
    • kosher salt to taste
    • 3 10 inch tortillas - any flavor
