Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (12- to 14-lb.) whole frozen turkey, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon salt-free spicy seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
