Ingredients

  • 8 slices regular bacon or turkey bacon
  • 1-¼ lb. ground turkey breast
  • 4 hamburger buns, preferably whole wheat
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 1-½ tsp. poultry seasoning
  • Cooking spray
