Ingredients

  • Patties:
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 peeled avocados, each cut into 10 slices
  • 20 bread-and-butter pickles
  • + 14 more ingredients
    • ½ cup ketchup
    • 1 ¼ pounds ground turkey breast
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 3 cups alfalfa sprouts
    • ½ cup finely chopped shallots
    • Sauce:
    • 10 (1/4-inch-thick) slices red onion, separated into rings
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 10 red leaf lettuce leaves
    • 10 (2-ounce) hamburger buns
    • 1 ¼ pounds ground turkey
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • ¼ cup dry breadcrumbs

Prepare the grill to medium-high heat. To prepare sauce, combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. To prepare patties, combine shallots and the next 7 ingredients (through turkey breast), mixing well.
