  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 pound sweet Italian turkey sausages
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage
