Glazed Turkey Cutlets and Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (1/4-inch-thick) turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • ¼ cup low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over both sides of cutlets. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic; sauté 30 seconds.
