Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Marsala or cream sherry
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ¾ cups 1% low-fat milk

    • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
    • 12 (1/4-inch-thick) slices tomato
    • 3 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    • ¾ pound shredded cooked turkey breast
    • Sauce:
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • ½ cup (2 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 6 (1 1/2-ounce) slices hearty white bread (such as Pepperidge Farm), toasted and cut in half diagonally
