Ingredients

  • 4 cups ice
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons thyme
  • 2 tablespoons sage
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup kosher salt
    • 12 cups water, divided
