Leftover Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ onion, diced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

1 Reconstitute cranberries by soaking in hot water for approx 15 minutes. 2 Drain cranberries well - pressing out water by hand. 3 Combine all ingreadients in a mixing bowl. 4 Chill 2 hours to meld flavors.
