Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • ½ cup onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/3 cups dried lentils
  • ½ cup carrot
  • 1 pound Swiss chard
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 8 ounces sweet Italian turkey sausage
    • 2 ½ cups water

Sauté sausage in large deep nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6 minutes. Drain any excess fat from skillet.
