Ingredients

  • 2 cups mint leaves
  • 3 cups cilantro leaves and tender stems
  • 1 ¼ cups mango chutney, plus more for serving
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 7-pound whole boneless turkey breast
  • ¾ cup water
