  • 4 ounces smoked turkey or ham
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup diced green pepper
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water
