  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¾ cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup pecans
  • Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¾ teaspoon pepper
    • 1 (1-lb.) package boneless turkey cutlets
