Penne with Sausage, Garlic, and Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients

  • 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Cook broccoli rabe in boiling water 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and plunge into ice water; drain well. Coarsely chop. Return water to boil.
