Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup low-salt beef broth
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • Parsley sprigs (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup raisins
    • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 3 cups hot cooked rice
    • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped pimiento-stuffed olives

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes. Add turkey and garlic; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
