Polenta with Quick Mushroom-and-Meat Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 10-oz. package sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
