  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ cups instant polenta
  • 1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 10-oz. package sliced mushrooms
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 pound lean ground turkey
    • ½ teaspoon sugar

1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
