Ingredients

• 4 ½ cup(s) water
• 2 ounce(s) dried shiitake mushrooms
• 3 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce, divided
• 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
• 2 tablespoon(s) red wine
• 3 to 4 links Chinese style sausage, diced
• 4 to 6 links turkey sausage, chopped

  • 1 pound(s) shrimp (frozen, remove tails and cut into thirds)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
  • 1 cup(s) water chestnuts, coarsely chopped

  • 3 cup(s) raw jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
