  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella (6 oz.)
  • ¾ cup ricotta
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Warm oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
