Slow Cooker Turkey Legs with Vegetables

  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil, butter or a combination
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, or more
  • 1 cup(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced (or 4 oz. canned)
  • ½ cup(s) dry wine

    • 1 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh rosemary (or use another herb if preferred)
