  • ½ head radicchio
  • 1 (1-pound) smoked turkey drumstick
  • 3 firm-ripe black or red plums
  • 3 ounces pecans
  • adjustable-blade slicer
  • 1 large fennel bulb
  • ¼ extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1/3 balsamic vinegar
    • 1 light brown sugar
