Smoked-Turkey, Plum, and Fennel Salad
Ingredients
- ½ head radicchio
- ¼ extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 (1-pound) smoked turkey drumstick
- 1 large fennel bulb
- 3 firm-ripe black or red plums
- 3 ounces pecans
- adjustable-blade slicer
